Serenity Johnson Serenity Johnson 5'11" South Gibson | 2028 TN had some great moments in her sophomore season for South Gibson High School.
Johnson on defense can defend both on the wing and in the paint. If put out on the wing, she does a great job at keeping her assignment in front of her. This is even the case if they are smaller and a bit quicker. Johnson’s high-level defensive slides also help in the paint when rotating to contest an interior shot.
On offense, Johnson has a solid perimeter jumper. Her left-hand shot is especially effective in the corner. Johnson, with her above-average speed at the center position, is also a great fastbreak scorer.

Solid young lady who can stretch the floor and take advantage of her quickness. She can knock it down from the 3-point line, but where she makes her money is inside the painted area. She has nice moves that enable her to get through the opposition and finish at the rim. She contributes heavily on the boards as well as utilizes her size to elevate and block shots. This kid is a tremendous asset and will continue to grow into a solid prospect that coaches at the next level would love to have.
