Junco was another from the eighth grade Wood Elite team that managed to ensure her team matched its Winners United 15U EYCL adversaries nearly point for point on Sunday. She is already establishing a profile as a prolific 3-point shooter, but what she can get accomplished goes beyond the ability to drain 3-pointers. The long arms Junco has with not only her delivery and mechanics when shooting from long range, but also in her efforts on defense to clog up an opposing team’s passing lanes. North Paulding won this past season’s 6A state championship and one can count on Junco adding to the Wolfpack’s winning ways.
