Over the years, Shaylee has proven to be a very nice athlete for the Lafayette Jefferson Bronchos. She is extremely long, fluid, fast, and somewhat bouncy, plus she plays with a great deal of effort at both ends of the floor. She can sit down and defend the ball, plus she affects passing lanes defensively with her length and quickness. Offensively, she has a nice mid-range pull-up, and she can attack the basket to finish inside. She is continually improving.

Shaylee falls into the long & wiry category. She is a smoot & fluid athlete, she plays with a nice motor, and she doesn’t seem to shy away from any challenge. She likes to play fast in transition, get to the hoop and finish, or find open teammates for scores. She too is a talented defender who uses her quickness to contain and her length to poke the ball away. Shaylee is actively working to improve her perimeter skill as well.

Shaylee is a talented young lady who could really take off and become a nice collegian when it’s all said and done. She has really nice length, speed & quickness, and she plays with a nice motor and some toughness. She is a very good defender, but she could be elite with a little more discipline. She does a really nice job of knowing what she is offensively, and she is often on attack off the dribble, but she also has a nice mid-range pull-up.
