When she embraced her role, her efficiency and effectiveness went through the roof. She is a multi-level scoring threat who can score within an offense or create for herself off the dribble. What I love most about her game is her defensive ability: she will sit down and guard someone, making it difficult for them to operate. She will be a nice addition at the next level as she is a great ballplayer on both sides of the ball.

The senior captain hit her 1000th point earlier this week. She is the 7th Lady Cougar to do so in school history. Those who know “Bud” love how she brings it every time she steps onto the floor. Plays with relentless energy, solid on both ends of the floor, it’s just not about scoring with her, but also locking up the opponent as well. Love her fiery attitude and her will to get it done. She’s going to be a solid addition to a program at the next level when it’s all said and done. Great kid with a strong work ethic.

A shifty guard who can play the one and the two. What I love about her game is her ability to compete at an optimal level on both ends of the floor. Talk about someone who competes her tail off, this young lady is a go-getter who can score buckets at a high clip, but also be a selfless leader and hit her open teammates. She has a little dog in her, as she will lock someone up the full length of the floor. Look for her to come out of the gate putting on a show as she is locked and loaded to take hold of this opportunity.

I had to point her out because this young lady played with such energy over the weekend. She rose to the occasion and hit a lot of key shot opportunities, especially when her team needed a bucket. She dialed it up from 3, was aggressive getting downhill, and was solid on D, creating turnover opportunities. This kid has a heart of a lion, and when it is time to compete, she is ready for battle. Keep an eye out for this young lady as she continues to go out and stack performances with her style of play.

Has stacked impressive performances with almost 20 point outings. She has been on fire from the arc, locked and loaded as her team battles it out. Her squad went 1-1 this week but her performance has their confidence riding high as they look to get a favorable seed come tournament time.

Bud is coming into her own and once her confidence is there, teams better look out. This kid is shifty, can get to the rim using her creative attacking moves, or can pull it from the arc. What I love about her game the most is how she is a pest on the defensive end. She wants to lock up M2M and frustrate the opposition, leading them to cause turnovers. She’s fearless and determined to be the best on the court in every outing. A multi-level scoring threat who is the engine to the Lady Cougars attack.

Feisty guard who has tight handles. Bud can fill it up from the arc, but possesses a downhill threat. She will get paint touches, unleash a nice floater game, and will conduct the offense making sure her or her teammates take shots with advantages. She is a tough defender, who will pick up the full length of the floor. As she goes, her team goes, Bud will be tasked with leading the Cougars and setting the tone for the ball club. Solid kid whose game continues to evolve.

Tenacious floor general who is a downhill threat. She is a Memphis Grizzlies “grit and grind” type of player. Yes she can score from multiple spots on the floor, but she is going to go at you over and over again. Love her competitiveness. She is a student of the game that takes what she has learned and applies it or if it’s about an opponent, she is going to exploit them. This kid is super tough and she only gets better. Look for her to take the necessary steps to become a top kid in the area.

This 2026 combo guard has flown under my radar all season until I finally watched her performance vs Northeast. The sophomore hit 6 threes, and finished with 20 points, 8 rebounds, and 4 steals. She’s only 5’3, but she plays BIG. She put up 19 points and 9 rebounds earlier this week. She’s an 18 and 7 combo guard that hits 3’s at a high volume. She’s legit!

Robinson is a 5’5 PG for Clarksville Academy. When you watch her on film, you won’t find her scoring a ton of points, but instead she’s busy doing the little things that impact winning and don’t necessarily show up in the box score. She’s already an elite on the ball defender, and simply has a knack for betting her hands on the ball and disrupting plays. Also impressive is how well she rebounds for a PG. She doesn’t “leak out” like many guards do…instead you find her on film boxing out and helping her team on the glass. When she does pull a board, she immediately turns on the jets and starts the fast break herself. She’s the type of kid that will dive on loose balls, take charges, and do all the other dirty work that many players won’t do. In the half court she has good court vision, and knows how to break down a defensive and find the open man. If her offensive game ever catches up with the rest of what she does well, she could be REALLY good. As she stands, she will be the starting PG for CA and run the show and lead the D.
