Gills had a good showing at the GVSU Team Camp. She has great footwork around the rim with her back to the basket or facing up. She works hard on the glass and had numerous offensive boards for put-backs. She showed that she can handle the ball as well when she took a steal coast to coast.

Gills will be playing with MBA-UAA 2026. Gills was good last high school season, but she has taken her game to a new level this grassroots season. Gills is one of the most consistent and active rebounders you’ll see. She does a nice job of positioning and boxing out. Gills is a consistent scorer that gets high percentage looks at the rim.
