Herrera is ranked #46 in New Mexico and is also capable of playing multiple positions, so her understanding of positioning helped her outrebound taller players inside the paint. She also has a nice first step to get past the defender and score off the dribble, but her jumper was slick; she even gave me the step back and dropped it, but her “catch and shoot” with a hand in her face was equally impressive
