Eaton, a recent transfer, gives the Braves a steady hand who can control tempo and organize the half-court offense. With deliberate passing and controlled ball handling, she brings composure the Braves sometimes lacked last season. Offensively, Eaton can attack the basket and consistently knock down shots from beyond the arc. Additionally, her reliable defense strengthens a backcourt already known for making opposing guards endure long nights. Together, those qualities make Eaton a valuable complement to Indian River’s backcourt.

A recent transfer to Indian River, Eaton provides a steady hand within the offense. Operating as a true point guard, Eaton sees the floor and distributes effectively. She delivers difficult passes through traffic and finds teammates during transition. Additionally, Eaton moves well without the ball after initiating the offense. That movement allows her to relocate and create scoring opportunities. Meanwhile, her three-point shooting forces defenders to respect her along the perimeter. Ultimately, Eaton brings balance to the back court and complements her teammates’ strengths.

Tahjae has put in the work and now you see her game starting to rise to the next level! Her body has developed and has really good size for a combo guard ! This season AAU season she sometimes was a one man wrecking crew putting up big numbers and was an impact play maker! Good athlete that can get a rebound and start a fast break and go coast to coast! A good defender and that will turn defense into offense, can finish through traffic at a high level.

Transferring from Indian River to Landstown, Eaton steps into a talented backcourt where every minute will matter. Last season, she played as a ball-dominant left-handed scorer who consistently attacked off the dribble. She also showed the ability to disrupt opposing guards and defend effectively in the half court. However, her role at Landstown may require a different approach. Eaton will likely be asked to facilitate more and rely less on constant downhill attacks. Fortunately, she has the court vision and passing ability needed to make that transition. She reads traffic well and can find teammates in tight spaces. Additionally, her experience should bring some stability to a relatively young roster. Eaton can defend, organize possessions, and create opportunities without always needing to score. If she embraces that role, this transfer could help round out her game even further.

5’6″ but plays much bigger than her size! She has a good three point shot with a consistent midrange game. Good driving to the basket to get to her floater. Is really good in the pick and roll game, Tahjae makes high level decisions off the screen. A good and scrapy defender that competes at a high level led her high school team in scoring this season and just recently picked a an offer from Virginia Union!

This left-handed point guard uses a quick first step and downhill scoring ability to create constant problems for opposing defenses. In an offense built around her ability to attack the paint, Eaton thrives when defenders give her space. Often exposing them with an explosive first move.

Using her left-hand dribble to throw defenders off balance. She also possesses the handle and change-of-direction ability to quickly bring the ball back right. A move that freezes slower defenders on her way to the basket. Her ability to play with pace, attack angles, and keep defenders guessing makes her a difficult matchup in the open floor and the half court alike.

Eaton continues to establish herself as one of the most dynamic scorers in the area heading into her third high school season. The quick left-handed guard has already delivered multiple 30+ point performances. In addition to showing increased leadership and maturity as her role within the offense continues to expand.

Continuing to prove her scoring prowess, utilizing a quick first step. Eaton had a game high 32 off a combination of drives, and mid-range shots. Simmons needs to develop a consistent outside shot, and work on choosing a better shot selection from 15 feet out. Down the stretch Simmons took over the game with 18 second half points, and 10 for 10 from the Free throw line.

Landstown might have great young player on their hands! Tahjae had a break out performance with 43 points 7 rebounds 6 steals and 4 assists in a 76 to 27 blowout win versus Bayside.

A crafty guard in transition, she always does a nice job of keeping her head up and looking to make a pass. She finishes well at the rim and can knock down perimeter jumpers. Has good speed to turn the corner and get an extra burst to the basket.
