Cooper was one of the standouts at the Houston Christian Camp, see evalaution here, and the performance she had told me she would be key to how far her team goes as she closes out her high school career. She’s a sleeper, and her upside is still high, plus she’s “long and athletic” and stands above “the magic number” so her being able to give the Lady Lions pluses on both ends is huge

Cooper is also “long and athletic” which will ALWAYS be the base. I say certain things over and over because sometimes important things don’t register, and when you factor in her intangibles like timing, as she came out of nowhere to block shots, that’s important, especially when she did the same thing going after rebounds and loose balls. Her defense, both in the paint and baseline to baseline, was solid, plus she showed the “catch and shoot” scored off the dribble, and played the passing lane
