Barnes had an impressive weekend and showcased her ability to get downhill from the point of attack. She had several nice drives, finishing with a variety of moves throughout the tournament. Her standout moment came against Grit’s 15U squad, where she carved up the interior for tough baskets. Barnes’ defensive effort was also spectacular as she continuously applied suffocating on-ball pressure and made life miserable for opponents trying to break the press. The West Field freshman delivered performances to remember.
