Thomas brings a nonstop motor and a physical edge that immediately stands out on the court. She competes relentlessly on both ends and consistently creates extra possessions through her rebounding effort. Around the glass, she does an excellent job establishing position early, boxing out aggressively, and battling through contact to secure rebounds. In transition, she runs the floor hard and understands spacing well, making herself available for easy scoring opportunities. Her willingness to do the little things gives her tremendous value within a team structure.

Tia is another player who always gives 100% when on the court and works hard on both ends. She rebounds very well, being physical off the glass and always boxing out to get in the right position. Thomas finishes in transition well, filling lanes and being an asset for her squad.
