Prior to James Island participating in this year’s CNHY Showcase, the Trojans were fresh off a blowout win over Cane Bay. Graf ensured that momentum for 5A James Island continued as she led her Trojans with 12 points to claim victory over SCISA 4A Hammond. Eight of those 12 points occurred in the first quarter of play. Graf displayed her accuracy from behind the 3-point line with a pair of 3-pointers. She also understands when the right time is to score and when the correct time is to distribute. Add in defense as part of her game and one can see why she is a focal point of all things James Island.

Graf played extremely aggressive at times today when it came to attacking the basket. Tiana was always in the middle of action today on both ends of the floor. Graf was able to slash to the cup and finish a few at the rim today.

Graf plays along her sister here at James Island HS. Tiana a left-handed shooting guard likes to play her game out behind the three-point line. She needs space and time for shot to get it off at times. Tiana plays well away from the ball and seems to be in position when needed.

The Trojans present to teams a formidable backcourt between Graf and 2024 Andrea Duncan Andrea Duncan Andrea Duncan 5'7" | PG James Island | 2024 State SC . Graf competed in 27 games this past season for a Trojans team went 8-4 against regional opponents last season. Graf adds a 3-point shooting dimension to a team’s offense and can affect an opponent’s passing lanes with her ability to deflect said passes. She also has no issues with absorbing contact and getting to the free throw line. Graf is listed at 5-foot-4 and spends much of her time on the court playing as a two guard. Defensively, she can gather steals and create extra James Island possessions.
