An athlete that can play on the perimeter or stretch forward. Her length and athleticism make her a prime target for the next level if she continues to improve and be more consistent with her finishes. She shows consistently that she has nice one on one moves and can get to the rack. Frost was also solid on the glass which makes her even more vital.

Frost first began solidifying her status as a name to watch in North Carolina from her days at Coulwood MS. The Jackson Day team she will be joining once the 2026-27 season commences was one of the teams to beat among North Carolina’s private school ranks as the Mariners finished with a solid 18-6 record. Her grassroots career included a previous stint with Team EAT as well as her most recent journey with one of the premier Nike circuit teams in North Carolina in Carolina Hornets United. Frost is a playmaker on both ends of the floor and that will serve her well as she continues to ascend up the high school and grassroots ranks.
