We might not see another HS prospect quite like Trinity for some time. A player who has simply been dominate everytime she touched the court, and with her final season being one of her best seasons.. its easy to say she’s not looking to just enjoy it, she wants to win. From the athleticism, the defensive intensity, and the trust she shows her teammates have been great to see. Playoff Trinity is loading up..

With an injury keeping her out of her junior year, we never got to see this new version of Jones at Naperville Central. She’s a kid who dominates off pure athleticism, speed and relentlessness, but now with the confidence to stretch the floor from the mid to the 3… you’re looking at a player who truly can’t be guarded. She’ll bring a major shift to the game plan of Central.

We haven’t seen Jones lace up for high school season in a little over a year, but from the games she played this summer, people were reminded why she still is a 5 star prospect. She’s been fine tuning more of her offensive game, and the defense was really never in doubt due to her athleticism and agility. She’ll be the focal point for her team this winter, and with some solid complementary pieces, a trip downstate could happen, on top of her having another statistical season.

Coming off an injury, you would think Jones left a step or two regarding her athletics, but it seems that her skillset has sharpened in other areas. She seems more comfortable shooting the long ball, as well as being more dominant in the halfcourt. More P4 offers will definitely come this July.

Jones will be back on the select events circuit this summer, and as much anticipation as the fans and coaches have.. there’s really no pressure on Trinity. Yes, we want to see if she’s back to Trinity.. but even at 90%.. there’s not too many players in this state that are in the same conversation as her. Nevertheless, it’ll be a big summer for Trinity as she gets back to competing.

Jones is still the best prospect in the state, regardless of class. Toward the end of last years high school season, Jones showed the ability to score without relying heavily on energy and athleticism. If the midrange and face-up game have been sharpened this summer, Jones will continue to be a top-tier prospect, even without needing to be explosive.

Top 5 in the nation holds extreme value, as well as the 20+ D1 offers with a majority of them being from a P5 conference. Jones has the speed, the size, and the athleticism of a true college basketball player. On both sides of the ball she is a tremendous threat. She is the unanimous best prospect in the state, regardless of class.

Jones has the title of the best prospect in Illinois, regardless of class. Whether it’s the insane amount of offers, or the fact that she’s an Olympic gold medalist at 16. The athleticism is off the charts, and it’s been the main key to her dominance. The summer should allow her to develop a true 5 level scoring skillset (rim attack, mid range game, three ball, isolation, and a post presence -low block or high elbow-). Defensively, she can guard 1-5. Shes the new D1 prototype.

Easily the best college prospect in the state. Trinity has had one of those rememberable summers. A gold medal and a pile of offers from top D1 programs across the country, but the biggest news could be her attending Bolingbrook High School. With a program that’s familiar with winning it all downstate, the current roster can definitely win another one. Jones will add speed, size and a for sure double double in every game. This offense will be tough to stop, and defensively they wont allow many teams to score high numbers.

Trinity has had nothing less than an amazing summer. A Gold Medal, countless high major D1 offers and a confidence in her three point shot to top it all off. Fast, quick, agile, and the versatility is top tier. Besides being  the top of her class, Jones has a argument as the best player in the state.
