She is the older of the sisters Bracebridge that comprise the 1A Grizzlies roster – and another of the three that will make Senior Day at High Point Academy a memorable one. One of Bracebridge’s primary calling cards is what she can do from behind the 3-point line. That is combined with plenty of passing ability as well as ball handling skills. Bracebridge will have occasions where she will get to the free throw line and can maintain activity away from the ball. She finished with 13 points — nine in the second half as the Grizzlies matched up against Hilton Head Christian on Friday.

Bracebridge looks to be the Grizzlies’ bridge to a 1A state championship as she gears up to embark on her final season at the high school level. Bracebridge is also coming off of an AAU campaign with KST The Academy 17U. The bread and butter for Bracebridge is being a beast from behind the 3-point arc. Another one of her strong points is her rebounding. Bracebridge is a vocal leader for her team, knows how to get opponents into precarious double team scenarios, excels as a ball distributor and can be in the right places at the right times to make plays.

White also managed to work with Bracebridge and she too ran on the grassroots circuit with KST Academy 17U. Bracebridge has also participated in cross country events throughout her athletic career. She is a prolific shooter from long range. Rebounding is another one of her strengths and she consistently finds herself in the right places at the right times to make plays. The Grizzlies’ big three of Martin, Beason and Bracebridge won a state championship in 2019-20 when they were all freshmen and they would love nothing more than to put a bookend on their high schools with another.
