About Ximena

What are you working to improve right now?

Over the summer, I worked on increasing my field goal percentage compared to last year. This includes both mid-range and 3 point shots. I met that goal, so while continuing that focus, I am now currently working to improve the strength of my drives to the basket, as equally as possible between my right and left sides.

Outside of your sport, what should coaches know about you?

- Enjoy reading books across various genres and subjects - Participate in EcoClub and Adolescent Christian’s Discussing Christ club (ACDC) at school - Actively involved in attending and participating in my church youth group and prayer club - Passionate about understanding global history and staying informed on current affairs - Strong interest in STEM topics especially biology and astronomy
