Zane Ehler helped lead her team last Winter to an almost undefeated record, marking their best overall season in school history for the Tigers. Ehler, the 6’1 Center, was a force that most could not handle. Her size, her strength, all of it was too much. If she ever missed a bucket, she was usually taller than the opponent and that led to several O boards. On defense she recorded great numbers in rebounds and blocks, while controlling the lane traffic at a steady rate throughout the year. With this type of reinforcements in the middle, Tipton should be very excited for the future. They are going to be a team that most can’t handle underneath and that is going to give them a big advantage as they try to make their mark on history once again.
