Ok, this one is off the beaten path as she no longer goes to school in Michigan. But whatever, I’m stealing her back from Indiana for a day. Also, I know she’s listed as a power forward, but I’ve also seen her play shooting guard. Heck, I’ve seen her play every position on the floor. Not just play, but succeed at every position. Obviously, versatility is a strength here.

Belcher-Arill is one of the most recruitable players that I’ve come across. I can guarantee that with her work ethic, she will maximize her potential. Not only are the next level skills present for her, but she’s a solid student that comes from a great family.

We’ve stated a lot of times that a player ‘has a high upside’, but Belcher-Arill is a prime example of just that. She has such impressive strength and size that many scouts and coaches have to be convinced that she is in fact not a post player. She’s a shooting guard / small forward. That’s not to say that she can’t defend the paint, because she can. But she can handle and shoot like a high level perimeter player. The sky is the limit for this talented athlete.
* After this article was prepped, it was learned that Belcher-Arill had transferred to South Bend Washington in Indiana. South Bend Washington is one of the top teams in the country and Belcher-Arill will add even more elite talent to an already loaded roster and incredibly well coached squad.

Belcher-Arill is an elite type of talent. People watch her play and think that she’s a power forward, but she’s not, she’s a shooting guard. That speaks to the versatility and power that she showed at the Prep Hoops Michigan Top 250 as well as the Prep Hoops Indiana Top 250. Every year, this young lady impresses everyone in the gym with her game. I’m not willing to cap Belcher-Arill’s potential at any level. Sky’s the limit.
