<p>The Wright County Conference looks suspiciously like almost every other conference in Minnesota—a few haves and a bunch of have-nots. And, some of the haves look like they might be rebuilding. But, what does that mean? It seems, mostly, that when the haves rebuild, they finish 2nd. Not last. Not .500. But, 2nd. And, sometimes 1st, just not undefeated.</p>
