Some teams have already gotten underway, but the majority don’t get underway until the calendar turns to April. These are individual looks into teams for this upcoming season. The first is a look at the SD Attack 2020 team coached by Barry Jacobsen.

Roster Breakdown
This is a really nice roster and has a lot of talent. There are quite a few players who have already committed, which might push down the interested college coaches just a little bit. There is a ton of length and skill on this roster and they are going to be able to beat teams from both the inside and outside. This is going to be a team that is well traveled and has the ability to knock some very good teams off.
One to Watch
A player that I will be keeping an eye on this season is Emma Ronsiek. She committed during the season to Creighton, and I am looking forward to seeing just how much that she has improved since the last time that I saw her. Really like her ability to spread the floor and see things that others cannot. I think she’s going to take another step forward this summer and be a steal for Creighton.
Who Should be Watching
With quite a few DI commits already, this is a team that DI teams will be watching in the live periods. I would expect to see NAIA/DII programs take a look as well during the non live periods. There are some really good fits for the non-DI level on this team.

Schedule Breakdown
This is a team that will be traveling quite a bit as they kick their season off with two straight trips down to Iowa, followed by two trips over to Minnesota. They play a nice live period schedule as well in July and their exposure opportunities should be plentiful. It’s going to be a very good opportunity to play on a big stage for this squad.
