Lauren Betts 6’7 2022 C (CO Premier EYBL 17u)
Betts has elite size and length, making it easy for her to turn away shot after shot. She has a really good feel for defense and timing of her blocks. She was able to make her opponents uncomfortable when driving to the lane and gathered up a lot of defensive rebounds.
Elysia Fleetwood 5’11 2020 F (AZ Select 17u GUAA)
Elysia Fleetwood is a very versatile defender. She is quick enough to hang with the guards on the perimeter and strong enough to bang with the bigs down low. I really enjoyed her all around versatility but defense is where she shined in my opinion.
Anabelle Spotts 5’10 2024 F (Mamba Sports Academy 15u)
Spotts is going to be a very solid prospect in the near future. She has really good size, especially since she’s in 7th grade. You can tell that she has been playing at a high level her entire childhood by her play and reaction time. She gets a lot of defensive boards and is really good in help side defense.
Bridget Mullings 6’2 2021 F (AZ Select 17u GUAA)
Mullings in an animal on the boards. She fights so hard for every loose ball and rebound. She has really good size and strength that she uses to push opponents out of the way in her relentless pursuit of the basketball. She turned away some shots but her big defensive skill is collecting defensive boards.
