Clubs from all over came to participate in this talent riddled tournament. With this date being a new “Live” viewing period, it was nice to see so many coaches make the trip. This gave coachse an opportunity to watch girls they may not have otherwise seen.
#11 Taylor Jameson 5’5 2020 Ohlde Elite 17
Nice guard who can shoot the 3 and handle the ball under pressure. At times was a floor general for Ohlde Elite.
Bria Long, Dallas BlueStar#24 Bria Long 5’8 2020 TX Blue Star Dallas 17
Can shoot, drive and pull up. Used her speed and natural scoring ability to get in and out of space. Can set defenders up with her ball handling. One of my favorite players this weekend!
#15 Kendall Renard 6’3 2020 WI Purple Aces 17
U of Green Bay WI commit. A long post that likes to sit in the paint, post up and take her time. Can spot what the defense is doing and play from that. Doesn’t force the issue, a patient player.
#24 Krystyna Ellew 5’10 2021 IL Lighting 17 Platinum BSTLL
Nice bounce to her step. Ellew was able to pull up over defenders a few times a game. A bigger guard but not big enough to play in the post. However, she rebounds like a front court player.
Sydni Schetnan, SD Network#42 Sydni Schetnan 6’5 2021 SD Network 17 Blue Star
The most surprising player this weekend. Sydni had all eyes on her after the first game. She ran the floor and finished well around the rim. Posted up and hit a few turn-around fadeaway jumpers. She also held her own on the block. She made it difficult for opponents to attack the lane.
