Below are some of the state’s players to keep your eyes on in the 2022 class
Addi Campbell, 5’4, G, 2020, Hoxie
An active defender who brings energy and string to the floor. She runs well and has great vertical speed she can finish with either hand and shows moxie and grit. Campbell understands her role and knows how to get a shot off. She can connect from distance and she can zip through a crowd and get to the basket and score off the glass.
Chloe Stanley, 5’7, G, 2030, Bennington
A point guard who does a little bit of everything on the floor. She facilitates well and is a good rebounder and defender. She stays close to the ball and can force opponents to make mistakes and get rat. She has fine handles and can create opportunities for herself and her teammates. She scores well and finds a way to get her shot off and can put up points in a hurry when she’s in the zone.
Elise Kaiser, 5’10, G, 2020, Hesston
Kaiser has great height for her position and a soft-touch to her shot. She is strong and has good sleeping ability and a nose for the ball.she has solid handles and is great in transition coming up the middle of the floor. She can pass well and doesn’t throw the ball away. An all-around player with a dynamic playmaking ability.
Tina Robertson, 5’7, G/F, 2020, Hutchinson
A hard-working multiple-sport athlete who understands her job well. Robertson is a smart small forward who can her rhythm quickly. She can connect from distance and is good after the catch. She can create shots for herself and run the point at times if she needs to. She has good handles and is smart with the basketball.
Latia Moddelmog, 5’6, G, 2020, Canton-Galva
A good guard who can handle the ball and create. She plays good defense and stays with the ball and moves her feet well. She can jump passing lanes and is smart at staying active and on the move. She runs off screens well and finds openings for self and others.
