This is probably going to be one of the biggest rankings overhauls that the site will ever see and has taken a long time into preparing. Many coaches, whom I trust, were consulted in making these changes. I just wanted to check in and highlight which girls have made an impression on me this summer and who is trending upwards.
Kiya Dorroh
Dorroh has been in the #1 spot since launch and that isn’t going to change anytime soon. She has solidified her positioning and has received 22 D1 offers. Her skill level is only matched by her insane potential. It will be very hard to uplift her from her #1 spot in my opinion.
Current Offers: New Mexico, Washington, Texas Rio Grande Valley, Ohio State, Cal, Arizona, Arizona State, Hartford, Missouri, NAU, Washington State, Utah, USC, Vanderbilt, Texas, Tennessee, San Diego State, North Carolina, Kansas, UC Santa Barbara, Cincinnati, Florida.
Madison Connor, Amanda Barcello, & Aly Stedman
All three of these girls have made a huge impact on me this summer. They have really showed that they are deserving of a higher ranking and then some. Expect a big jump in all 3 of these girls rankings! I believe that I greatly undervalued all three of these players and honestly it was because I hadn’t seen them play enough. I saw Connor play in 2 games before having to submit rankings and it was a poor performance. Since then, she’s been nothing short of amazing. Now that I have seen all of these girls play a substantial amount of games, they will be more accurately ranked.
Jess Finney & Marisa Davis
Finney and Davis has both been within the Top 5 since launch. This summer they have justified why that is and have given me reason to believe that they should remain within the top 5 until proven otherwise. Do not expect these two to drop out of the top 5.
