Sophia Haberer
Two of Brandeis stars, ’23 Viviana Moreno and ’21 Gianna Gonzales, showed out months ago at the “must attend” #AllEyezOnMe Individual Showcase as well as the Tyrone Johnson Showcase with their San Antonio Islander club team, and these are no sleight of hand nonsense events, especially if you’re in that area because you wiill be seen and you will be evaluated, correctly, read more Moreno and Gonzales were not the only ones, 2021 Sophia Haberer has #BEAST qualities, she’s physical, it’s better to give that receive yet she has no problem taking it as she finishes strong after the lick. Watching her attack the basket from multiple angles at 5’11 and a powerful frame plus she rebounds on both ends
Alexis ParkerNeedless to say, she’s been added to 2021 Texas Top 100 list, you can’t see it now but she’s there and the next update will be after the holiday tournaments in December but I saw enough to know she’ll finish somewhere in that group. Also added to the Top 100 list is 2022 Alexis Parker, an athletic wing with a stop on a dime pull-up but her athleticism on both ends stood out as she not only attacks strong, her first step sets things up and she finishes but her baseline to baseline defense, her rebounding on offense and taking off with it, her defensive rebounding but more than anything, she does a very good job at playing the passing lane
