I’m sort of torn over which group to put #50 Ranked [player_tooltip player_id="97930" first="Taylor" last="Jackson"] (Cypress Creek) after she’s been touted, well-labeled as a post most of her career yet she made a transformation to be a solid power forward but another shift to possibly being a future wing was evident as she was named to the UIL All-State Team but no matter which group she’s in, she’s definitely a sleeper that woke a lot out of people up over the season. [player_tooltip player_id="136334" first="De’" last="Neisha Winslow"] (Channelview)
Current Rank #46
Winslow is an explosive jumper that can get to the rim with ease and finish. She elevates over defenders, also rebounds well
[player_tooltip player_id="136336" first="Amillion" last="Fowler"] (George Ranch)
Current Rank #48
Fowler is a "highlight waiting to happen" type of player and her body control and hang time are among the best and I guess her ability to finish while doing either add fuel to the fire but the heat continues as she plays the passing lane
[player_tooltip player_id="136337" first="Asia" last="Broughton"] (Cy Ridge)
Current Rank #49
Broughton’s improvement over the years has been amazing aa she moved from basically a back to the basket player to handle the ball in the open court. No one goes harder to the rim and finishes than her
[player_tooltip player_id="136338" first="Eriny" last="Kindred"] (Del Valle)
Current Rank #51
Kindred impressed me almost instantly as a freshman yet not having seen her since then made watching her progression impressive. Scores off the dribble to deep from beta, rebounds and defends
[player_tooltip player_id="136352" first="Aniyah" last="Wade"] (Cy Springs)
Current Rank #66
Wade has the base to start with, long and athletic, and she has a knack for getting to the basket and scoring from every angle but she also reads the defense nicely for steals
[player_tooltip player_id="136353" first="Jazra" last="Williams"] (Vista Ridge)
Current Rank #67
Williams’ versatility enables her to fall in many categories, she doesn’t mind power yet she can show finesse and either attacking or hitting the jumper, she keeps adding more to her game
