<strong><span style="font-size: 18pt">Class of 2023: Guards to Note</span></strong>
<strong>The freshman class rankings are out now!! Here are a list of some notable wing players and a breakdown of their game. </strong>
<b>Brittany Mislivecek | 5’9 | La Crosse Central</b>
<span style="font-weight: 400">The La Crosse Central standout brings a lot of energy on both ends of the floor. She has an impressive inside game and mid range jumpers. She has a smooth touch to her shot from the perimeter. She has a good feel for the game and causes multiple turnovers per game with her pressure defense.</span>

<span style="font-weight: 400">An offensive threat from all over the floor. Thrives on big offense moments, she is a confident shooting in multiple spots on the floor. Derlein moves well without the basketball and uses her body to get open. She was a consistent shooter for her team this season. </span>
<b>[player_tooltip player_id="156056" first="Chloe" last="Vogel"] | 5’8 | Saint Mary Catholic</b>
<span style="font-weight: 400">Vogel has great control on her drive to the basket. She plays with a lot of composure and does a really nice job shifting her weight when attacking the rim. She’s patient with the ball and doesn’t rush shot while running the offense. Vogel does a great job at taking contact as it comes.</span>
<b>[player_tooltip player_id="156052" first="Taylor" last="Pfaff"] | 5’7 | Baraboo</b>
<span style="font-weight: 400">Pfaff plays with a quick first step that makes her potent off the dribble. She’s incredibly aggressive on defense and has great footwork that causes turnovers. Pfaff plays with a smooth pull up jumper. She pushes the ball on offense and creates her own tempo. </span>
<b>Lindsay Stein | 5’9 | Blair- Taylor</b>
<span style="font-weight: 400">Stein has a scoring mentality. She is scrappy on both ends of the floor. She hustles for loose balls and contests shots over smaller guards. She is long and athletic for her position. Stein has improved her footwork this season and will play multiple positions on the floor. Stein is an impressive ball handler.</span>
<b>[player_tooltip player_id="156059" first="Lilly" last="Cayley"] | 5’8 | Eau Claire Memorial </b>
<span style="font-weight: 400">Cayley is a versatile guard who finds many ways to score the basket. The Eau Claire Memorial standout is fast and athletic. She plays with an explosive first step. She attacks the lane against contact with ease. She is also a valid outside shooter off the pass.</span>
<b>[player_tooltip player_id="156099" first="Camryn" last="Nies"] | 5’8 | Platteville</b>
<span style="font-weight: 400">A pure shooter. Nies has proven she is a sniper from beyond the arc. She can move without the ball and create a shot for herself. Nies is also mid range effective and has an impressive turnaround jumper from off the block. Plays well off of her teammates.</span>
<b>[player_tooltip player_id="156073" first="Sammi" last="Beyer"] | 5’7 | Appleton East</b>
<span style="font-weight: 400">Beyer is a floor facilitator, she runs the offense well. She plays composed when attacking the basket. She finishes against contact. This season she proved to have a great shot selection. Beyer moves well without the ball and distributes to her teammates. </span>
<b>[player_tooltip player_id="156088" first="Emma" last="Raye"] | 5’8 | Superior </b>
<span style="font-weight: 400">Raye is a solid guard who can play and defend multiple positions on the floor. She’s athletic and uses her body well to create space. This season she has improved her offense while becoming effective at attacking the basket or hitting a short corner shot.</span>
<b>[player_tooltip player_id="156095" first="Faith" last="Robertson"] | 5’8 | Milwaukee Hamilton</b>
<span style="font-weight: 400">A scorer. Robertson understands her shooting spots on offense and moves well to get open. Set’s good screens for teammates and cuts well to get open after. A strong rebounder. Patient outside shooter.</span>
