She is crafty at her size, she is athletic, can really create a matchup problem for those guarding her. She shoots the ball well from midrange and three point line and will not hesitate to take you to the rim and finish thru contact on you. She is also the pioneer when it comes to commitment, she is currently committed to play at Stanford (PAC12).

Raya is skilled and really can be scary at times with the things you see her do on the floor, she is long and lanky and changes shot all of the time. She is able to score in multiple ways, she can get to the rim for put backs, she can drive and finish thru contact with the best of them. She runs the floor like a gazelle and she will run you down and pin your shot on the backboard. She is a monster for many on the floor to contain.
[caption id="attachment_51060" align="alignright" width="212"] [player_tooltip player_id="49226" first="Khylee" last="Pepe"] - Bishop Montgomery HS[/caption]#4: 6’1, SF, Bishop Montgomery HS, [player_tooltip player_id="49226" first="Khylee" last="Pepe"] - Khylee comes in at #4 in this edition of PGHCalifornia Rankings because her approach to the game, when it comes to being a winner for her team and a consistent leader. [caption id="attachment_57587" align="alignright" width="158"] 2021 [player_tooltip player_id="49227" first="Clarice" last="Akunwafo"][/caption]#5: 6’5, C, Rolling Hills Prep HS, [player_tooltip player_id="49227" first="Clarice" last="Akunwafo"] - Clarice comes in at #5 in this edition of PGHCalifornia Rankings with her rugged and unorthodox style of play under the basket. They put her at the top of the press to distract the ball and make them throw over the top, this allow for her to get multiple steals in the game. She is long and lanky and has a college ready body now, this kid is special and her skill set will match her determination to be a winner very soon.
[caption id="attachment_51753" align="alignright" width="234"] [player_tooltip player_id="49228" first="Jayda" last="Curry"] shooting over [player_tooltip player_id="54099" first="Ashley" last="Chea"][/caption]#6: 5’6, CG, Corona Centennial HS, [player_tooltip player_id="49228" first="Jayda" last="Curry"] - Jayda comes in at #6 in this edition of PGHCalifornia Rankings because of her electric style of play, she is a mix-tape waiting to happen on the floor each and every time she plays. She is a threat to score from all three levels on the floor, but her specialty is the long bomb three pointer or going by you for the fantastic finish. She is learning how to lead her team and be consistent and keep her teammates engaged, she is a one helluva a defender at her size as well.
#7: 5’10, PG, San Joaquin Memorial HS, [player_tooltip player_id="102657" first="Macie" last="James"] - Macie comes in at #7 in this edition of PGHCalifornia Rankings because of her athletic style of play, she is dynamic on the floor and is a DIA (Do It All) player in our book. She can get down the floor like a gazelle, she can handle the ball and can stroke it from the outside. Macie is no surprise, when it comes to be one of the most dominant players on the floor at all times, she strives to be winner.
[caption id="attachment_161078" align="alignright" width="139"] Bishop O’Dowd’s [player_tooltip player_id="49239" first="Kennedy" last="Johnson"] (24) shoots a basket against Rosary Academy in the first half of the Division I Girls CIF State Basketball Championship game at Golden 1 Center in Sacramento, Calif., on Friday, March 8, 2019. She can push the break, make the right pass, consistent high IQ and is one of the most athletic on the floor. One thing we like about her is her ability to sit down and guard multiple positions on the floor, I would say 1-5, in my opinion.
#9: 5’10, PG, West Torrance HS, [player_tooltip player_id="102658" first="Anaya" last="James"] - Anaya comes in at #9 in this edition of PGHCalifornia Rankings because of her warriors attitude on the floor. She is a big guard with a lot of confidence in her game and she is also definitely the leader of this team in our opinion. She is a scorer if I had to put it plainly, she can score from all three levels on the court, her handles are excellent and she is one of the best defenders on the floor. She improved her three pointer this year and it will take her game to the next level, she is tough for anyone on the floor to guard.
#10: 6’3, PF, Etiwanda HS, [player_tooltip player_id="102659" first="Jessica" last="Peterson"] - Jessica comes in at #10 in this edition of PGHCalifornia Rankings because she is a beast on the floor and hard to stop one-on-one. Jessica is a monster, college ready body, still growing I believe and is skilled under the basket with the best of them. She can catch and make the midrange, she can put it on the floor and take her defender, skilled with the left and right shoulder scores under the basket.
