<span style="font-size: 18pt;"><strong>FVA: Second Team Selections</strong></span>
<strong>Below is a list of players selection for Second Team in the Fox Valley Association conference. A talented conference stacked with great programs. Leading the FVA this season was Hortonville with a 18-0 overall record. Following behind them was an impressive Appleton East squad. </strong>
<b>[player_tooltip player_id="132371" first="Lily" last="Hansford"] | Soph | Appleton East</b>
<span style="font-weight: 400;">A standout for Appleton East, Hansford was just short of being selected as a First Team member. A gifted athlete with a great release to the ball. Hansford is one of the more confident shooters I’ve seen all season. She is second on her team in scoring, averaging 13 points per game. An efficient rebounder as well, Hansford averaged 5.9 per game.</span>
<b>[player_tooltip player_id="132455" first="Christine" last="Fortune"] | Sr | Appleton West</b>
<span style="font-weight: 400;">A triple threat for Appleton West this season, Fortune was an impressive overall player. She was second on her team in points per game, rebounds and assists. A lanky guard who does a great job powering over defenders. The 5’10 standout averaged 14 points per game. A Division II McKendree University commit, Fortune made 38 three point baskets this season. In a win against Fond Du Lac, Fortune scored a season-high 24 points. </span>
<b>Morgan Draheim | Sr | Hortonville </b>
<span style="font-weight: 400;">Draheim was another impact player for Hortonville. Playing alongside so many talented guards, the St. Cloud State commit did a great job of finding her role. She moves well without the ball and is patient finding her shot. This season she averaged 9.1 points per game and made 38 three point baskets. The guard scored a season-high 22 points twice this season. In a team win over Rhinelander, Draheim made four shots from beyond the arc.</span>
<b>[player_tooltip player_id="132372" first="Kamy" last="Peppler"] | Soph | Hortonville</b>
<span style="font-weight: 400;">Peppler is certainly one of the best passers in her conference. She finds her teammates open so well and has great court vision. She uses her crafty handles to make space between her defender to make the difficult pass. This season she led her team in assists per game with 5.7 The Milwaukee commit is an impressive offensive threat as well, averaging 8.4 points per game. Peppler developed her confidence beyond the arc this season making 27 three point baskets. A talented defender as well, Peppler averaged 2.4 steals per game. </span>
<b>[player_tooltip player_id="132343" first="Chloe" last="Van Zeeland"] | Jr | Kaukauna</b>
<span style="font-weight: 400;">Van Zeeland led her team in scoring and rebounding this season. A true threat on the floor, Van Zeeland has a scorers mentality. The 6’1 F can run the ball in transition and shoot over defenders. She doesn’t shy away from contact in the post but can also be effective mid range. If left open she will knock down the three point basket. In a game against Oshkosh North, Van Zeeland dropped a season-high 27 points in the victory. An impressive rebounder as well, she averaged 9.1 boards per game.</span>
<b>Marissa Murray | Sr | Kimberly </b>
<span style="font-weight: 400;">The senior leader for Kimberly this season helped them earn the number three spot in conference play. Murray was second on the team in scoring and first in rebounding. She averaged 8.8 points per game. Murray is a strong forward who has great footwork inside. At 5’10 she is crafty in the paint and has confidence shooting the perimeter shot. This season she made 30 three point baskets. In a win against Neenah, Murray scored a season-high 17 points. The leading rebounder for Kimberly, Murray averaged 4.9 per game. In a tight game against Bay Port, Murray grabbed 9 boards. </span>
