The Prep Girls Hoops Missouri Ms. Basketball Award for the 2019-20 season goes to [player_tooltip player_id="106807" first="Priscilla" last="Williams"] of Branson.
The 6’2" Williams made history this year as she was the first basketball player ever from Southwest Missouri, boy or girl, to be selected to the McDonald’s All-American Game.
A five-star recruit who was ranked as high as No. 11 in the ESPN Hoop Gurlz national rankings in the Class of 2020, Williams was the fifth girl from the state of Missouri to be selected to the McDonald’s All-American Team.
The multi-talented Williams followed up a spectacular junior season with a big senior year at Branson as she averaged 28.3 points, 11.7 rebounds, 2.2 assists and 3.3 blocks while shooting 47 percent from the field. Williams’ height and versatile skill set enabled her to dominate the game from anywhere on the court.
Williams will be taking her talents to Syracuse University of the Atlantic Coast Conference next season.
