We are getting near the end of the Prep Hoops All-Conference selections. We move on with the Tri-County Conference. This is a smaller conference but the talent is huge. Here are the top players who earned selections for All-Conference.
<strong>First Team</strong>
<strong>[player_tooltip player_id="134604" first="Mycala" last="Carney"] (2020) | Gloucester Catholic: </strong>Carney was one of the most dynamic scorers in the conference. She averaged 18.4 points per contest and was held under 10 points just once. She knocked down 47 three’s as a senior and was unstoppable getting to the basket.
<strong>[player_tooltip player_id="155443" first="Alexis" last="Davis"] (2023) | Glassboro: </strong>The Tri-County has their next superstar in Davis. The freshman posted 18 points and 17 rebounds in her first career game. This set the tone for her rookie year. Davis averaged 21.2 points and 11.9 rebounds per game. This included 23 double-doubles. David set a career-high with 33 points in a win over Penns Grove and 20 rebounds over Pennsville a few games later.
<strong>Trinee Gadson (2021) | Glassboro: </strong>It is no surprise that Glassboro saw success this season with Davis and Gadson leading the way. The junior averaged 15 points and 7.6 rebounds per game. Gadson was an elite passer and knew how to make the right decisions when setting her teammates up.
<strong>[player_tooltip player_id="134596" first="Charlie" last="Baldwin"] (2020) | Woodstown: </strong>Baldwin was yet another dominant force down low in the Tri-County. The senior averaged 15.3 points and eight rebounds in her final season. She scored 20 or more points eight times including a season-high 26 in a win against Overbrook. Early in the season, Baldwin posted 21 points and 24 rebounds in a six point win over Gloucester Tech.
<strong>[player_tooltip player_id="156157" first="Bella" last="Steidle"] (2020) | Clearview: </strong>Steidle scored 17.5 points per game this season and she did it from all over the floor. She hit 46 three’s and got to the free throw line at a high rate. At 5’10, Steidle knew how to use her size down low and was also a threat from deep.
<strong>Second Team</strong>
