[player_tooltip player_id="65876" first="Jada" last="Malone"] (Texas A&M) [player_tooltip player_id="97643" first="Tori" last="Garza"] (Oklahoma State) and [player_tooltip player_id="65878" first="Rori" last="Harmon"] (Texas) all committed a few weeks ago, all are in the Houston area and all were called #D1Locks by me before high school, Malone after she informed me I would have to be buying Girls Scout Cookies from somewhere else and do to a typographical area on my end, [player_tooltip player_id="171923" first="Alicia" last="Blanton"] is not showing up in the Top 100 yet the Louisiana Lafayette fro Foster HS is definitely in it and will be on the update, use the search bar on my website or blog when she was with the now-defunct Katy Rebels organization "[player_tooltip player_id="171923" first="Alicia" last="Blanton"]-guard (Katy Rebels) I just looked at my June 2013 eval of Blanton and it’s amazing how right I am about this stuff. This young lady is going to be one of the top players in her class in Texas, she overpowers players and gets it done in the flow" so as I continue to pat myself on the back, here are some others that I called who have proved me right
[player_tooltip player_id="67954" first="Ashlyn" last="Jones"] - Klein Oak (Louisiana Lafayette)
Jones is an athletic nightmare to defend because she can stop and pop going full speed and hit the midrange or just take defenders off the dribble with ease. It doesn’t get easier as she elevates over whoever is guarding her, she shoots the long ball and plays that passing lane very well nit to mention she defends and rebounds on both ends of the court
[player_tooltip player_id="97626" first="Bre’Yon" last="White"] - Shadow Creek (Oklahoma)
White was an 8th grader when I first saw her as a move in fro Louisiana and no nepotism was needed for this young lady who impressed me immediately. She uses her power on the inside to score and finish after contact, she shoots the midrange and can take defenders off the dribble and the coolest thing was she called me before she committed and told me I was the first person to ever write about her and knew what was coming, it was easy
[player_tooltip player_id="97627" first="Raven" last="Adams"] - Ridgepoint (Texas State)
Adams showed me in the 5th grade what she was working with and as the game will always start at the one, she has been one that I have kept my eyes on over the years. She understands how to run a team, control tempo, and get the ball to the right people but more importantly, she makes those around her better. Good ball-handler and passer, plus she has range
[player_tooltip player_id="136338" first="Eriny" last="Kindred"] - Del Valle (Little Rock)
Kindred is the Austin area yet she’s close enough to be included as she recently announced her commitment but every season, she has elevated her game like she does on her shot and has gone from an athletic player that scored in the paint in middle school to legitimate scorer from anywhere on the court and she can do it by taking over a game or in the flow
[player_tooltip player_id="136349" first="Kaley" last="Perkins"] - Langham Creek (Oklahoma)
Perkins falls into that "college coaches love big guards that can shoot" and she has always fallen into that category and she’s committing somewhere that historically has used those types of players to perfection. I really like how she added more over the years, created her shot while being defended to hit the midrange or just take it to the rim but her defense and rebounding just kept it real
