Kelsey Blakemore Kelsey Blakemore 5'9" | CG Whitfield | 2021 State MO 5’9″ Whitfield: A powerful floor leader who uses her skills and physical strength to great advantage over smaller guards. She can power her way to the basket on the drive or score in the low post. She also has a nice pull up jumper in the lane. She also has a high basketball IQ to match her strength. As a junior, she averaged 14.4 points, 5.2 rebounds, 4.2 assists and 2.5 steals in leading the Warriors to a 26-6 record and a berth in the Final Four of the Class 3 state tournament.
Aliyah Williams Aliyah Williams 5'4" | PG Parkway North | 2021 State MO 5’5″ Parkway North: An electric point guard who is a tough cover with her combination of speed, quickness and perimeter shooting ability. She loves the fast pace and can break off defenders with her speed and escape dribbles to score in the lane. When you think it’s safe to back off of her, she can drill one 3-pointer after another. She averaged 18 points a game making 75 3-pointers last season. She is one of the most exciting players in the St. Louis area. You cannot take her eyes off of her when she has the ball in her hands.
Reagan Rapert Reagan Rapert 5'6" | PG Union | 2021 State MO 5’7″ Union: Another creative point guard who can do it all with the ball in her hands. She’s a tough three-level scoring threat with deep shooting range and the ability to create off the dribble and score. She has the ability to change directions and keep defenders off balance. She can also create offense for others with her passing ability. As a junior, she averaged 21 points, 4.9 rebounds, 7.0 assists and 4.7 steals while making 37 percent from 3-point range. She led Union to a 20-5 record.
Marshaun Bostic 5’9″ Gateway STEM: When it comes to end to end speed with the ball in her hands, there are few better than this athletic point guard, who is also an all-state sprinter in track. Her ability to grab rebounds and go coast to coast for buckets is breathtaking as she does it even when teams are already back on defense. She has also improved her shooting to compliment her ability to attack the basket. She is also a elite defender who can harass opposing scorers with her length and athleticism while also shooting into the passing lanes. She averaged 14.4 points, 4.7 rebounds, 6.1 assists and 5.3 steals while leading the Jaguars to a Class 4 district championship.
Nariyah Simmons 5’3″ Hazelwood Central: One of the smallest guards in the area who usually had a huge impact on the outcome of the game. She is a pest on the defensive end with her quickness and anticipation. She was great at coming from the weakside and picking pockets and starting the transition game, plus she is an excellent on-ball defender. She is also a good rebounder for her size who can knock down open 3-pointers. As a junior, Simmons averaged 11.5 opints, four rebounds three assists and nearly four steals to help the Hawks to the Final Four of the Class 5 state tournament.
Gracie Stugart Gracie Stugart 5'6" | PG Francis Howell Central | 2021 State MO 5’8″ Francis Howell Central: A consummate pass-first point guard who runs a team and makes everyone better on the court. She does an excellent job of organizing a team and keeping the ball moving. She averaged eight points, four rebounds, four assists and two steals on a team that won 23 games and a conference championship. Stugart has already given a commitment to Truman State University.
