Cape May County is full of players that can take over games on either ends. These players are known for making a big play when their team needs it most.
<b>[player_tooltip player_id="134625" first="Marianna" last="Papazoglou"] (2021) | Wildwood Catholic</b>
Wildwood Catholic had 22 wins this season and Papazoglou was a main reason why. She averaged 17.5 points, 8.6 rebounds, and 5.1 assists per game. She can score at will on the block or in the lane. Papazoglou is one of the top prospects in the state and someone that will have eyes on her at all times.
<b>Imene Fathi (2022) | Wildwood</b>
Fathi was the leading scorer for a strong Wildwood team. She also led the team with four assists per game and was second in steals. Fathi could score from all over the floor. She thrived in the lane using her shifty ways to score near the basket. Fathi will return as the main option for a team that has many key returners.
<b>Kate Herlihy (2021) | Middle Township</b>
Herlihy will enter her final season as the No. 1 option for Middle Township. She scored over 14 points per game as a junior. [player_tooltip player_id="159436" first="Kira" last="Sides"] is graduating which means that Herlihy will have to take over more of the offensive responsibility. She is an elite scorer at all three levels.
<b>Lindsay Holden (2022) | Lower Cape May</b>
It was a rough season for Lower Cape May but Holden turned into one of the top scorers in the area. She finished with 301 points and knocked down 48 three’s. Holden will be Lower Cape May’s top option over the course of her career. She can make a play from the inside or out. Her versatility makes her a threat.
<b>Marlee Brestle (2022) | Ocean City</b>
Brestle is one of the dark-horse players for 2020-2021. She is a player that can score on the post or from midrange. She does not veer out towards the three-point line much but she has it in her arsenal just in case. Brestle is a talented rebounder and defender. She is a true playmaker on both ends of the floor.
