The Jersey shore is one of the best places in the state. There are great beaches, boardwalks, and of course basketball. The Shore Conference is extremely competitive year in and year out. Here are the top shooters in one of the top conferences in New Jersey.
<strong>Jessica Riepe (2021) | Marlboro</strong>
Riepe, along with Sammy Jay, created one of the top shooting duos in the state. Riepe led the way with 97 three’s. She finished near the top of the state in that category. Riepe is a duel-threat player with great versatility that can play many positions. During her senior year, defenders better be aware on the perimeter with a hand up at all times.

Capua has turned into one of the top overall players in the state. Jackson Memorial is losing [player_tooltip player_id="134585" first="Kristina" last="Donza"] but Capua is more than capable of taking over. She did just score 512 points and hit 64 three’s as a junior. Capua is a complete player that can score from anywhere on the floor. She will be one of the most watched players in the state as a senior.
<strong>[player_tooltip player_id="134627" first="Justine" last="Pissott"] (2022) | Red Bank Catholic</strong>
Pissott can be featured on many of these lists. She is one of the top prospects in the Shore Conference. The nationally ranked guard finds herself on the best shooters list after knocking down 67 during the regular season. She has great size on the perimeter which gives her an edge over defenders and can use her quick release in the blink of an eye.
<strong>[player_tooltip player_id="134754" first="Julia" last="Corsentino"] (2023) | Rumson-Fair Haven</strong>
Corsentino burst onto the scene at Rumson and completely took over. She knocked down 68 three’s which was near the top of the conference. She showed great skill and intelligence at such a young age. She is a quick guard that can get in the lane and score or beat you from deep. Corsentino will only continue to get better throughout her career.
<strong>[player_tooltip player_id="155468" first="Brooke" last="Hollawell"] (2022) | Manasquan</strong>
Hollawell is another guard featured on many of these lists. She is a complete player that has the ability to be a future high-level collegiate player. Hollawell hit 58 three’s which led Manasquan. She can score at all three levels. Hollawell has the quickness and intelligence to excel at the point guard position. She is a playmaker that can take over offensively and that includes from deep.
<strong>Amelia Medolla (2021) | Red Bank Regional</strong>
Medolla is apart of the 60 three club in the Shore Conference. She knocked down 61 which was good for just over two per game. Red Bank Regional made sure to get the ball in the hands of their sharpshooter many times per game. She is an active player on the perimeter that is always looking for an open spot on the floor.
<strong>Sydney Howell (2022) | Toms River North</strong>
Howell burst onto the scene as a sophomore as an elite level shooter. She finished the season with 40 made three’s. Howell and Kristina Johnson lit it up from deep this season and led Toms River North to 17 wins. Johnson is graduating and Howell will be back to continue her three-point prowess as an upperclassman.
