Cherrish Gails Cherrish Gails 5'7" | PG Wichita West | 2021 State KS , 5’7″, Wichita West, No Boundaries Athletics – I was able to see Gails as well at the June MAYB Summer Kickoff. Fast and athletic, Gails has improved substantially since last summer. She showed good hops and an ability to split defenders to get to the basket. Gails was a 2020 Greater Wichita League honorable mention selection in 2020.
Lauren Gleason Lauren Gleason 5'9" | SG Dodge City | 2021 State KS , 5’9″, Dodge City, Western Kansas Elite – Gleason was an improved Dodge City Red Demons’ starting point guard in 2020. Here stock is expected to continued to rise once I get a chance to see her play in the upcoming month. Notable is her averaging 3.7 assists with a solid 2.1 assists to turnovers ratio.
Alyssa Moore Alyssa Moore 5'2" | PG Olathe West | 2021 State KS , 5’2″, Olathe West – Moore is slippery. She has speed with the ball, can finish in transition against pressure, and pop the three quickly on the wing catch. Her quick hands gives her opportunities to go end-to-end in a hurry on a pocket pick.
Peyton Peterson Peyton Peterson 5'5" | PG Stanton County | 2021 State KS , 5’5″, Stanton County – Peterson will be one to watch how far she has come over the summer. She averaged 5.3 points, 4.1 assists, 3.5 rebounds, and 1.4 steals. She also had a 1.54 assists to turnovers ratio.
Takia Profit Takia Profit 5'8" | PG Wichita West | 2021 State KS , 5’8″, Wichita West, No Boundaries Athletics – I was able to see Profit at the June MAYB Summer Kickoff. She is strong, fast, and can handle in transition and in traffic. A couple of notable moments featured strong use of a whirl to score off the bounce and, off of a transition play, show the ball to a defender then taking it up for the score uncontested. Additionally, she repeatedly blew by another noteworthy point guard in the back court. Profit was a Greater Wichita League honorable mention selection in 2020.
