6-0 C Arielle Belinga Arielle Belinga 6'0" | C Sandy Creek | 2021 State GA – Sandy Creek
A big strong space eater that likes to crash the glass. Belinga draws attention when shots go up and must be accounted for at all times. She can hurt teams in the paint with her power backing down defenders. Belinga has a soft touch at the rim and can step outside to hit the three. She averaged 10.1 points, 11 rebounds and 1 block.
5-11 F Jakera Ellerbee Jakera Ellerbee 5'11" | PF Upson-Lee | 2021 State GA – Upson-Lee
Jakera Ellerbee Jakera Ellerbee 5'11" | PF Upson-Lee | 2021 State GA jumps off game film with her athleticism and body control. She’s a quick leaper and a nuisance on the boards. She runs the floor well and can outrun opposing forwards. Ellerbee doesn’t shy away from contact and finishes strong. As she develops an outside shot and left hand, her game can really take off. Jakera posted 13.9 points, 9 rebounds, 1.7 steals and 2 blocks per game.
5-11 F Tiara Lewis Tiara Lewis 5'11" | PF Osborne | 2021 State GA – Osborne
Lewis’ aggressiveness and consistency from 18-feet and in has started to pay off as Shorter University has shown major interest after a strong showing at elite camp. Lewis is tough around the rim, able to pluck rebounds with her long arms and 25-inch vertical. Tiara has skills at the high post. She can turn and shoot or attack the rim as she handles the ball well for her size. Lewis likely could see time both on the wing and at forward, giving her nice value at the next level. She averaged 11.5 points, 9.3 rebounds, 2 assists, 2.6 steals and 1.1 blocks as a junior.
6-0 C Rachel Wilson – Central-Carrollton
Bringing great size to the table, Rachel Wilson is a well-built post that can handle the physicality of the college game. She averaged 8 points, 9 rebounds and 2 drawn charges per game. Wilson does a nice job sealing inside and giving guards an entry hand to feed. Rachel has the ability to finish with both hands and uses a hook shot and occasional turnaround jumper out of the post. Wilson runs the floor exceptionally well in transition. She does a good job of working for position to earn rebounds. With a 3.7 GPA, Wilson should have plenty of options to play at the next level.
5-8 F Bernyla Sparks – Central-Talbotton
A monster junior season led to Bernyla Sparks being named Class A-Public Player of the Year after pouring in 22.4 points, 11.6 rebounds, 3.8 assists, 2.3 steals and 1.5 blocks per game. Sparks, a high academic student, uses her knowledge of the game to beat opponents. She’s got a great nose for the ball and plays under control as she bludgeons defenses in the paint. Sparks has terrific hands and an overall strong frame that lets her rebound with great effectiveness in the paint. She bullies her way in crowds to snatch 50/50 balls. She’s got a soft touch in the paint and a strong drop step that can clear the defense. Sparks does a little bit of everything and will once again have Central-Talbotton playing deep into the state tournament as she is an odds on favorite to be named Player of the Year again.
