She has a strongly built frame which allows her to be a physical player in the post and on defense. She is strong with the ball, and her grip strength on the ball is impressive. She is an intense player that brings energy to the court. This is shown by her proclivity to sprint down the floor, grab rebounds at a high rate, and play with active hands on defense. She is mobile, coordinated and confident enough to face up and take players off the bounce too. She possesses soft hands that help her catch passes and grab rebounds. She also does well keeping the ball high by chining it; defenders rarely reach in when she has the ball. She currently holds an offer from Lindenwood University. Jordan Reisma | Wing | 2022 | Brown Deer Reisma is an extremely athletic win with loads of potential for the next level. She has great size for the small forward or wing position; her frame is expandable, and her body length is difficult to defend on the perimeter. She is a double-double machine and consistently impacts on the offensive end as well as on defense. A rebounding specialist, Reisma knows how to position her body to grab both defensive and offensive boards. She runs the floor well in transition and cuts well without the basketball. She’s a hustler on defense as well and is improving her shot blocking ability each time I’ve watched her compete. She currently holds offers from Cleveland State, IUPUI, Truman State, North Dakota State and North Dakota. [player_tooltip player_id="156085" first="Meghan" last="Schultz"] | Forward | 2023 | New Berlin West Schultz’ extreme height and wingspan give her a great advantage to be an effective shot blocker and rebounder. Even if she is not blocking shots, she is still intimidating in the paint- simply stretching out her arms allows her to cover so much space, and this is difficult to deal with as an opponent who is driving or posting up. Her long body and frame also gives her the ability to overpower defenders with ease. Schultz is phenomenal at reading gaps and positioning herself in a way to be open for entry passes. These natural instincts are impressive for someone her age. Her skill set as a whole is rapidly improving, and she’s gradually making smart passes to cutters more often. Shultz understands her size and plays intelligently on defense- she does not gamble for blocks. Instead she plays straight up, which is usually enough for her to alter shots. She holds offers from IUPUI and St. Thomas. [player_tooltip player_id="156078" first="Caden" last="Krohn"] | SG/F | 2023 | Waukesha West Krohn is one of the best pure shooters in the 2023 class. Her shot off the catch is phenomenal, both from the midrange and from deep. Specifically, Krohn is very lethal when running her defender off flare screens, leaving her open for a three. She also possesses a consistent jap-step into a one-dribble-pull-up game; this is a very advanced skill, especially from the range she can shoot from. Krohn plays with patience, and she does not typically force shots. She very much knows her role as a shooter and does not try to do too much. There have been flashes of her finishing in the lane, and she can take over in that aspect if necessary. Krohn has a very high upside and many coaches have been inquiring about Krohn as her shot is too smooth to not have on a college roster. She holds an offer from IUPUI. [player_tooltip player_id="132380" first="Ashlyn" last="Yow"] | PG | 2022 | Waukesha West Yow is a crafty lead guard that plays with great pace. She plays with poise and patience offensively, and she rarely gets sped up. She understands her size and does not try to be someone that she is not; she is not one to force opportunities, but rather she plays smart and lets the defense bite. She has a super shifty handle and oftentimes leaves defenders off their feet. She has court-vision that finds her leading games in assists and finding her open teammates with a highlight pass. She does well turning the defender with her dribble moves and isn’t phased by pressure defense. A floor general all around, the offense runs smoothly with the ball in Yow’s hand. She holds an offer from Tennessee State.
