The Colonial Valley Conference is losing some key players from last season but that does not mean the talent will be down in 2020-2021. The CVC is in good hands with these key returning players.
<strong>Maddie McCrea (2021) | Allentown</strong>
McCrea was Allentown’s leading scorer last season and she will be back to have an even better senior year. McCrea showed an ability to shoot from deep, knocking down 11 three’s, but she did her best work on the inside. She is a scorer at all three levels. McCrea knows how to use her strength on the block and finish with contact to get to the free throw line.
<strong>Tamia Warner (2021) | Ewing</strong>
Warner is another leading scorer that will return for one more season. Warner is a lethal three-point shooter that has in the gym range. She knocked down 37 three’s and used her deep ball threat as an advantage on the perimeter. She has the ball handling ability and quickness to get by her defender on the perimeter and score easy baskets around the rim.
<strong>Madison McCauley (2021) | Notre Dame</strong>
Notre Dame found themselves at the top of the conference last season. They will be losing a key player in [player_tooltip player_id="134593" first="Erika" last="Porter"] but McCauley will be ready for a big senior year. She is a talented scorer that can fill up a stat sheet in many ways. She can dominate a game on both ends in 2020.
<strong>Saniya Spencer (2023) | Trenton</strong>
Trenton is a team that is hit hard with the losses of [player_tooltip player_id="156160" first="Leianya" last="Massenat"] and Ishuana Hunter. They have some talent in the Class of 2023 and it is led by Spencer. She did not feature much of a scoring role in 2019 but that will change in the upcoming season. She has the skill set to step up and fill in for some key losses.
<strong>Franki Gomez (2021) | Hopewell Valley</strong>
Gomez is a duel-threat that will see an increase in role in the upcoming season. She is a talented defender with great instincts and anticipation. She uses those attributes as an advantage as a rebounder and thief on the perimeter. Gomez will score when needed and her presence will be felt throughout every game.
