2020-21 Previews: Benton, Bettendorf, BGM

<p style="text-align: center;"><strong>Benton Bobcats</strong> 13-9 last year 47.0 points scored, 42.8 points against 8 returning players</p> Sophomore sensation [player_tooltip player_id="127632" first="Jenna" last="Twedt"] returns after leading Benton at over 18 points per game with 3.2 assists a night last year. Twedt shot almost 37 percent from the field and 32 percent from the three-point line as the Bobcats won 13 games and placed third in the WaMaC West division. Emma Von Ahsen, Alyse Harvey and Grace Embretson are all back with starting experience. That was the case for Bettendorf, as the Bulldogs went 14-8 and return three players with starting experience. Senior [player_tooltip player_id="131186" first="Ashley" last="Fountain"] is the most experienced player having recorded 234 points with 68 rebounds, 35 assists and 32 steals all while making 24 three-pointers and shooting nearly 43 percent from the field. The Bears will need to replace their leading scorer, top rebounder and assist leader from that squad in hopes of climbing the South Iowa Cedar Conference standings. Belle Austin is the lone returning starter as the senior produced 165 points with 85 rebounds, 30 steals and 30 made three-pointers.
