Amillion Fowler Amillion Fowler 5'9" | SF George Ranch | 2021 State TX -5’10
Fowler is what I call “ultra-athletic” and her length only adds to what she can do on both ends of the court. Yes I love watching her play the passing lane but I also love her in the open court because she can handle the ball, she has speed while she’s handling the ball and her acrobatic finishes including a spin move in traffic going full speed is worth a review via live stream but she creates her shot and can score off the dribble in the half
Crystal Smith Crystal Smith 5'7" | SG Tomkins | 2021 State TX -5’7
Smith impressed me with another team last season but after taking the show on the road playing against higher-level competition, it’s more than about meaningless wins, she was added to the Top 100 and her performance has been outstanding in every showcase I’ve seen her. She has one of the best crossovers in her Texas class, she finishes after contact ad the mid to long-range game is solid
Vanessa Herrera Vanessa Herrera 5'7" | PG El Paso Eastlake | 2021 State TX -5’4
Herrera is a prototype point guard that can just go completely off at the blink of an eye yet if you’re defending her, don’t blink because she can blow by with a variety of moves including “change of pace” and finish exceptionally well and she can shoot the long ball but she sees the floor and makes passes on the money with the best of them in Texas
Jessica Lynn-5’9
Lynn has really turned it up over the years and as I stated in the opening paragraph “I truly enjoyed the progression” and from where she was which was pretty good that initial sighting to where she is shows me she’s put in work, She uses her body well on the attack to create contact and finish yet she can push the ball the length of the court and make passes for assists, yes she handled the ball under pressure
Sara Estupinan-5’6
Estupinan is sort of like a “silent assassin” as she just makes things happen in the flow and after it’s over, she has filled up the stat sheet. Another solid point guard who makes those around her better, she’s heady, plays within herself, and understands how to get others involved yet on the flip, she can take defenders with either hand and shoot the mid to long-range
Eliya Ellis-6’0
Ellis, who stands at “the magic number” was taking defenders at Will while sowing no Grace from the wing finishing powerfully and this is big because of the aggressiveness she attacked the basket. She has been known as a borderline #BEAST in the paint, okay, not borderline because no one fights harder and she made a block and a save going out of bounds, same possession, for an assist that was one of the top plays
