[player_tooltip player_id="158487" first="Toni" last="Coleman"] 2021 5’5" PG South Medford - When you qualify for the State Meet in the 100 meter dash as a freshman, one thing that you certainly have is top-end speed. Toni uses this to her advantage on the hardwood, particularly as the one-person half-court trap for South Medford, where she agitates her opposition into mistakes and then deposits it into points at the other end. Pound for pound one of the best defenders in the State, based on athleticism and skill.
[player_tooltip player_id="158476" first="Sydney" last="Burns"] 2021 5’8" PG Oregon Elite/Wilsonville HS - The UC Davis commit is another player who uses her lateral foot speed along with pure grit defensively, as she accumulates a lot of steals based on her effort alone. She is constantly looking to come up with the ball, as she is dangerous in the transition as a passer and an attacker. The Wilsonville guard is also a blur on the court, as you might miss her if you blink. Great on-ball defender/team defender who leads by example.

She brings a lot of size and length with her frame, but it is her effort in which she makes breakthroughs defensively. Also an above average defender and rim protector for her height.
[player_tooltip player_id="158486" first="Cami" last="Fulcher"] 2021 5’8" SG Oregon Elite/West Linn HS - Cami is the floor general who is savvy in her efforts to make sure everyone is on the same accord - as she routinely makes the right reads and decisions when she is on the court. Defensively engaged, as she is highly disciplined and skilled in this regard as well. An established on-ball defender who is incredibly team oriented on this frontier, as she makes the team her first priority on defense.
[player_tooltip player_id="158512" first="Anna" last="Dazey"] 2021 5’7" PG Oregon Elite/Corvallis HS - Another ignited on-ball defender who uses her soccer skills on the basketball court, as she possesses good lateral speed and is constantly hovering around her defender. Dazey is known to battle for rebounds and makes the right rotations, as the best part of her game is perhaps her transition - in which she makes highlight passes across the court to open teammates. Make no mistake, everything about her game starts on defense.
