Here is a look at the players on the JRock team:
Raychel Jones Raychel Jones 5'10" | CG Vashon | 2023 State MO 5’10″ Vashon: A very skilled 2023 wing who can excel at virtually any position on the floor. She is an excellent ball handler who can facilitate and make her teammates better. She is a good perimeter shooter who can create off the drive and score in the low post. She also attacks the offensive boards and disrupts on the defensive end with her length. She is one of the top 2023 prospects in the state.
Kiyah Cooper 5’8″ Vashon: A physically strong 2021 combo guard who can get to the bucket and score through contact or hit the pull up 3-pointer. She handles the basketball well and makes good decision. She is always under control as she plays at her own pace and is very effective in doing it.
Jazmine Gray 5’8″ Pattonville: A talented 2023 point guard who plays a high-energy game at both ends of the court. She used her court vision to drop several nice dimes during the weekend. She plays well in the transition game and she can penetrate into the lane well in the half court offense. She can also knock down an open 3-pointer.
Genesis Rhodes 5’11″ DuBourg: An impressive young 2023 post player who plays with a lot of activity around the basket. She has good length and a lot tenacity on the boards at both ends. She was able to score on put-backs with some impressive second and third effort plays.
Raven Jones 5’7″ Vashon: A solid 2023 guard who puts in a strong effort on the defensive end. She is very good when she was able to attack the basket on the drive.
Paige Boyce 5’5″ Pattonville: A young 2023 point guard who plays a solid game without making a lot of mistakes. She handles the ball and is a good passing threat with the ability to also play good defense.
Brooke Boyce, Pattonville: An up and coming 2025 prospect from Pattonville Middle who was playing way up at the 17U level and she held her own quite well when she was out there. She played with a lot of hustle and she wasn’t afraid to go after rebounds and loose balls. She displayed a nice shot fake to set up her dribble moves. Good with the fundamentals.
