Listed below are a group of D1 committed players who still have their Senior years to go. [player_tooltip player_id="189641" first="Jordan" last="Allred"]- 2021, 5’8”, Shooting Guard, #32, Miramonte High School (Orinda, CA) [player_tooltip player_id="189641" first="Jordan" last="Allred"] of Miramonte High School recently committed to the University of Idaho, home of the Vandals. Jordan definitely deserves the recognition. Allred is a stellar player, with a great mindset. She is a great shooter from mid-range, and the three-point range as well. She is more than likely to drain each and every shot. She is also very aggressive. Jordan isn’t the quickest player, but she makes great decisions with the ball. Jordan is also a very trustworthy teammate, you can count on her to make a great play. Allred averaged 16.2 PPG, scored a total of 469 points during her Junior season. Also averaged 2.4 APG, 5.3 RPG, and 2.7 SPG. Clearly she is an all-around outstanding player. She is a very tough player to guard, and her ball handing skills are great. Jordan is ranked at #21 in CA on MaxPreps. Plays alongside star player [player_tooltip player_id="49242" first="Mia" last="Mastrov"], together they are unbeatable. She will be very successful at the University of Idaho. [player_tooltip player_id="49242" first="Mia" last="Mastrov"]- 2021, 5’11”, Point Guard, #21, Miramonte High School (Orinda, CA) [player_tooltip player_id="49242" first="Mia" last="Mastrov"] is committed to the University of California, home of the Bears. Mia is very poised on the court, and she does very well under pressure. She hustles on defense to get rebounds but also hustles to get offensive rebounds. Mia has lots of composure with the ball and is always making great plays. I don’t believe she is the fastest player ever, but her ball-handling abilities make up for it. It gives her the ability to dribble past players without any difficulty. Mia averaged 15.1 PPG, and scored a total of 362 points during her Junior season. She also averaged 2.4 APG, 5.6 RPG, and 2.8 SPG. Miramonte Monarchs have a star-studded roster, and Mia is one of the most unique plates on that team. She is continuing the legacy of the successful Miramonte High School Varsity team. [player_tooltip player_id="49242" first="Mia" last="Mastrov"] is truly one of the most talented and well-rounded players here in the Bay Area. I would say that Mia should improve on her physicality with scoring down low, but otherwise, she is already a very talented player. [player_tooltip player_id="102662" first="Kylie" last="Horstmeyer"]- 2022, 6’0”, SG & PG, #24, Redwood High School(Larkspur, CA) [player_tooltip player_id="102662" first="Kylie" last="Horstmeyer"] is committed to the University of San Diego. Let me tell you, Kylie is an absolute beast. She is tall, has long arms, and is active on every play. She is one of the most aggressive basketball players out there, and she can muscle up any defender that gets in her way. She really has a special gift when it comes to scoring, and it comes so easily to her. Her physicality is very intimidating but very fun to watch from the audience’s perspective. She averaged 19.8 PPG, and scored a whopping 573 total points during her Junior season. 573 total points in one season are truly remarkable. She also averaged 11.7 RPG, and 3.2 SPG. Kylie really puts on a show for everyone when she plays and is an all-around incredible basketball player. She will definitely be a go-to player at the University of San Diego and has a bright future ahead of her.
