Heading into the Fall, there are still some quality prospects available in the senior class. The NCAA is not allowing for any official or unofficial visits until at least January 1st, 2021. This is problematic for some as the first signing day is quickly approaching on November 11, 2020. That being said, these five student-athletes listed below will be able to help some programs and may or may not be available after the early signing period in November.
<h3><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Top Senior Small Forwards Still Available</strong></span></h3>
2021 5’11 SF [player_tooltip player_id="82926" first="Jaydia" last="Martin"] (#10 Overall, #3 SF) (Hudson’s Bay HS) - A strong and athletic wing-forward that is most impactful inside 15-17 feet from the hoop, but she is expanding her game some more recently. Martin is is physical in the paint and will be able to rebound and defend the 3 or 4 at the next level. She currently holds two Division 1 offers from UTRGV and EWU and a Division 2 offer from University of Mary.
2021 5’10 SF [player_tooltip player_id="20255" first="Taliyah" last="Clark"] (#11 Overall, #4 SF) (Bishop Blanchet HS) - Another physically strong wing player. Clark has had a lot of success individually at the high school level. A three level scorer that can get hot from deep. She received a Division 1 offer from Seattle u several months ago.
2021 6’0 SF [player_tooltip player_id="82936" first="Molly" last="Moffitt"] (#17 Overall, #5 SF) (Seattle Prep) - A quality rebounder and another physical wing all around. Moffitt could be closer to 6’1 and has good size to be able to play 3 or 4 position well. She can rebound and push, attack from the wing and draw fouls to get to the line.
2021 6’0 SF [player_tooltip player_id="48027" first="Jaliyah" last="Sampson"] (#21 Overall, #6 SF) (Rainier Beach HS) - Long and strong wing player that has a pretty high ceiling as a versatile wing. Sampson can hit the three and knocks down her free throws well. She has picked up some college interest at the National JC level most recently.
2021 5’9 SF [player_tooltip player_id="82970" first="Laura" last="Smith"] (#40 Overall, #7 SF) (Richland HS) - A long and lanky 5'9 wing with very good athleticism. Smith had some breakout performances this Summer with her ability to slash, defend multiple positions and make plays in transition.
