Both went on to play at Texas, Norman was Houston’s first McDonald’s American and they continued to make noise with the Isom sisters, Brittaney and Natasha who went on to play at Northwestern State, Tracey Ray who transferred to Cy Fair before North Carolina-Charlotte and the team had a resurgence with the Truong twins Kayleigh and Kaylynne, now sophomores at Gonzaga but after watching the squad play, a couple of seniors who started with the twins and an exciting freshman are more than ready

Gia Adams Gia Adams 5'8" | SG Jersey Village | 2021 State TX -5’6 G
Adams is one of the most explosive scorers in the area and the Tennesse State commit showed it in her first game with Jersey Village and hasn’t looked back. Her first step is deadly, she blows by defenders with ease, and in the open court you just have to guess what she’ll do because she can hit the stop and pop, she can attack the rim and finish after contact but even more impressive is her body control which enables her to finish acrobatically. She defends, she plays the passing lane and she leads by example
Briana Peguero Briana Peguero 5'6" | CG Jersey Village | 2021 State TX -5’7 G
Peguero is one of the most underrated guards in Texas, she brings so much to the table on both ends but let me start with the on-ball defense she applies to baseline which can wear opponents out yet she dives for loose balls and battles against taller opponents for rebounds and she does what I love to see, plays the passing lane however she can score off the dribble and finish after the lick as well as drop the mid to long-range jumper but one thing I’ve noticed is that she’s added something every year and her range is deeper and her ability to catch and shoot has shot up

Ma’Riya Vincent Ma’Riya Vincent 6'0" | SF Cy Springs | 2024 State TX -5’10 SF
Vincent is long and athletic and for those who haven’t paid attention, that’s the base yet she immediately makes defenders pay attention because she elevates over them for the jumper as well as off the dribble, and as her poise definitely stood out against seasoned high school players, she’s going to be hard to handle from here on. She defends well, she rebounds well and she runs the floor well but her ballhandling in the open court as well as her ability to see the floor going full speed, st her size makes her a multiple threat, on both ends of the floor
