<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Tillmon continues to impress me each time I get to see her play.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>She has a high IQ on the court knowing exactly where to go with the ball whether she is driving to the basket herself, or she is finding an open teammate.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>She has an arsenal of moves that she can use to create separation between her and her opponent whether she is using a fake, jab step, or a hesitation move.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>She knows how to get by defenders.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>She can handle the ball and score from all over the court, and she is always prepared to make her move when she gets a pass from one of her teammates.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>She can track the ball on defense, too, jumping into passing lanes for steals that quickly turn into fast breaks for her team.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>She knows how to move to the basket to grab a rebound as well.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><b>Serenity “Pinky” Webb | Central Cabarrus</b></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Webb is a player who can seem to fool you with everything she has.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>She does an excellent job using hesitation moves to her advantage to blow by defenders to score her own basket or to find an open teammate.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>She isn’t scared to drive the ball against any kind of contact that may wait for her close to the basket.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>Her ability to blow by opponents is a weapon for her to step back and show off her jump shot as defenders try to adjust their position guarding her.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>She is a terror on the other end of the court grabbing steals from her opponents and picking the pockets of the other team when they try to get by her.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><b>China’Ra Cherry | Central Cabarrus</b></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Cherry is a scorer and shows why she is a shooting guard that adds a lot to her teams.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>She can shoot from all over the court, especially from behind the three point line.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>She does a great job using various moves to create separation between her and her defenders.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>Her ability to always be ready to shoot makes her a threat at all times.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>She has good length that she can use on defense to jump into passing lanes and make it difficult for other guards to see around her.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>These steals quickly turn into fast breaks as she can push the ball up the court with ease.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><b>[player_tooltip player_id="208369" first="Jael" last="Hall"] | Concord First Assembly</b></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Hall is a guard that you want on your team as she is someone who knows how to truly protect every possession.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>She moves fluidly with the ball whether she is moving with speed or using her arsenal of moves to get by defenders.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>She can score all different ways by using floaters, lay ups and reverse lay ups, or jump shots.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>Hall has an ability to make three point shots with hands in her face and even contact coming right at her.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>She also tracks down the ball crashing the boards for rebounds looking for second chance opportunities or to end the possession of her opponents.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>Her IQ translates well on defense, too, with her ability to jump into passing lanes and prevent other teams from scoring or getting a play going at all.</span></p>
