Four Division 1 signees will be highlighted in part four of the class of 2021 signees coverage from the early signing period. Each of these prospects are ranked in the top 25 for the state’s 2021 class and will be playing Mid-Major Division 1 basketball.

2021 6’3 C [player_tooltip player_id="82943" first="Aspen" last="Garrison"] (Sehome HS/Way to Win) - <em>Signed to Saint Mary’s College</em>
An exceptionally long post prospect that has made some steady progression throughout her high school career. Garrison will provide a shot blocking presence and continue to develop her all around game at the next level, benefiting from a college level strength and conditioning program.

2021 5’7 PG [player_tooltip player_id="82937" first="Andie" last="Zylak"] (Lewis and Clark HS/Spokane Sandpipers) - <em>Signed to Eastern Washington University</em>
The top guard in Spokane is staying right near home for her college ball. Zylak has a solid offensive skill set, she plays hard and can really shoot the rock. Before dealing some ankle issues last season, she had some big time games for Lewis and Clark, leading their charge as a ball handler, scorer and passer.

2021 6’0 PF [player_tooltip player_id="48040" first="Fatoumata" last="Jaiteh"] (Meadowdale HS/NW Greyhounds) - <em>Signed to Northern Arizona University</em>
A long and rangy forward that has a pretty high ceiling and will only get better with time. Jatieh has great on floor communication, she plays hard and can make plays around the basket. She will bring great energy and effort to NAU.

2021 5’8 PG [player_tooltip player_id="82930" first="Emily" last="Mellema"] (Lynden Christian HS/NW Blazers) - <em>Signed to University of Wyoming</em>
One of the top half court point playing style point guards that can execute and get a team into their offense successfully. Mellema is a high IQ basketball player that will bring a steady presence to the point guard position for Wyoming. As I've often stated, she comes from a traditional powerhouse in Lynden Christian and she knows how to help her team win basketball games.
