Rankings- ’24 Watch List Part 4

As we have been taking a look at some of the incoming freshman around Ohio with the latest ranking release, today I will take a look at some from my area of the Buckeye state, the Miami Valley. [player_tooltip player_id="217337" first="Rylie" last="Homan"], 5-5 G, Trenton Edgewood A true point guard who makes everyone around her better. Great feel for the game with great intangibles and understanding of the game. Very athletic leftie who has a lightning quick first step and can get to the rim strong. Gets her teammates involved first, but has a nice midrange shot and improving her range. Will be fun to watch. [player_tooltip player_id="216014" first="Morgan" last="Meek"], 5-8 CG, Springboro As described from an earlier event, Morgan has a good athletic frame with a vast knowledge of the game and very solid skills. Sees the floor well, finds her teammates. Able to slash and score in traffic. Impressive handles and body control. Very good future ahead of her. [player_tooltip player_id="217353" first="Chloe" last="Downing"], 5-10 SF, Springboro Adds to what is a solid younger group of players at Springboro. Chloe has a long athletic build who can run the floor well in transition. Has the ability to score at three levels. Good size and very good handles. Has a nose for the ball and will crash the boards well for the rebound. [player_tooltip player_id="215222" first="Kensie" last="Black"], 5-7 CG, Franklin Loved this player from the first time I saw her play in person. Very athletic and a leader already on the floor at a young age. Good handles with either hand, quick and able to score in a variety of ways, Kensie (pictured above) moves well, can score from inside or out. Solid on-ball defender who can create turnovers with active hands. Great future ahead. [player_tooltip player_id="217362" first="Sophie" last="Aldridge"], 5-10 G/F, Franklin Coach John Rossi has to be liking the young talent coming at Franklin. Sophie is a smart player with a good basketball IQ. She makes the right decisions on the court and moves well without the ball. Runs the break and can finish at the rim. Can defend multiple positions.
