[player_tooltip player_id="204582" first="Bridget" last="Winthrop"] was a force to be reckoned with on the defensive end, making some key stops for Clutch Cardinal over the weekend. [player_tooltip player_id="211119" first="Avery" last="Edwards"] is a developing guard with upside as a shooter and team player for Clutch Cardinal.
<span style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="158525" first="Sage" last="Kramer"] 2022 6’0" SF Oregon Elite Navy/Philomath HS</strong> - Kramer was a dose of consistency and production for Oregon Elite Navy as versus Sagebrush Hoops Black in the 17U Platinum Semi-Final she contributed a solid 7 point, 6 rebound, 4 assist effort as a high motor forward with fundamentals. Kramer is a work-horse who plays with a chip on her shoulder on every possession of the game. </span>
<span style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="204579" first="Carly" last="Wheeler"] 2021 5’11" SG Oregon Elite Gold/Sheldon HS</strong> - Wheeler averaged 9.3 points, 2.3 assists, and 3.0 steals last weekend at the 28.5 League Championships as she was a pivotal part of Oregon Elite Gold’s success. She is a fierce defender who specializes in getting steals of the full-court trap and can score in a myriad of ways. Aggressive with the ball and knows when to give it off to her teammates. </span>
<span style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="158564" first="Zoe" last="Borter"] 2023 6’0" SG Clutch Rose/Beaverton HS</strong> - the Beaverton guard averaged 10.5 points, 4.3 rebounds, and 2 assists for Clutch Rose as an engaged two-way player with size and awareness. Her length and size help her as an offensive player with poise and creativity as she likes to drive to the cup and can absorb contact along the way. Rebounds well and can shoot it from alongside the arc. </span>
<span style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="204582" first="Bridget" last="Winthrop"] 2021 6’0" PF Clutch Cardinal/Lincoln HS</strong> - Winthrop averaged 5 rebounds, 2 assists, 2 blocks for Clutch Cardinal as her most impressive performance came in a defensive outing versus the New Mexico Stars. She had a significant 6 point, 4 rebound, 3 assist, 4 block performance including a key block in the last minute that helped seal the victory. Defensively aware forward who makes key reads. </span>
Honorable Mention:
<span style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="211119" first="Avery" last="Edwards"] 2023 5’10" SG Clutch Cardinal/Jesuit HS</strong> - the Jesuit sharpshooter averaged 7 points and 1.5 steals as she provided as an offensive catalyst for Clutch Cardinal. Versus New Mexico Stars she chipped in 11 points, 3 rebounds, 2 assists, and 2 steals as she sank shots from the perimeter and provided as an all-around player. Team oriented guard who can rebound and facilitate in traffic.</span>
