The Shore Conference has so much talent that it is impossible to fit into one post. Here is round two of the top players to watch in one of New Jersey’s best conferences.
<strong>[player_tooltip player_id="134631" first="Ally" last="Carman"] (2022) | Red Bank Catholic</strong>
Red Bank Catholic has a dynamic duo in the Class of 2022. We have already seen Justin Pissott and now will feature Carman. She is a scorer who knows how to dominate the post and use her strength to get to the free throw line. She balances the offense well and is able to control the boards on both ends.
<strong>[player_tooltip player_id="134621" first="Abigail" last="Antognoli"] (2021) | St. Rose</strong>
St. Rose won 22 games a season ago but is losing some key player such as [player_tooltip player_id="134582" first="Brynn" last="Farrell"] and [player_tooltip player_id="134594" first="Makayla" last="Andrews"]. They will return Antognoli who will have to take over as the No. 1 threat on the offensive end. She is a polished scorer who can get it done at all three levels.
<strong>[player_tooltip player_id="155464" first="Amaya" last="Evans"] (2022) | Neptune</strong>
Evans burst onto the scene as a sophomore as one of the more advanced scorers in the conference. She scored 14 points per game and was able to dominate at all three levels. During her years as an upperclassman, she is expected to continue to grow and mature as a player which will make her an elite prospect.
<strong>Courtland McBarron (2021) | Rumson-Fair Haven</strong>
Rumson is a school that is used to athletic excellence and that will continue on the basketball court. McBarron is the leading returning scorer for the Bulldogs, along with [player_tooltip player_id="134754" first="Julia" last="Corsentino"]. She knocked down 38 three’s a season ago and was also lethal getting to the basket.
<strong>Chloe Teter (2021) | Red Bank Regional</strong>
Teter was in range once she entered the gym last season. She knocked down 40 three’s and was one of the leading scorers on the team. Teter will return for her senior season as a proven commodity for a Red Bank Regional team that is looking to win 20+ games once again.
